Children ages 1–12 years: 2 hours per day
We all love our kids. We also love to workout. Kids Club is offered for up to two hours (one hour for infants under 1 year of age) while you enjoy a Studio Fitness class, lift weights, or team up with your Personal Trainer. Our youngest members enjoy daily activities, monthly events, and focus on health and fitness while playing in the Kids Club.
Here are some tips to make your experience as smooth as possible! Please arrive 20 minutes prior to any scheduled class you are attending to allow for check-in. Be prepared to complete the Kids Club information sheet (or print it ahead of time and bring it with you!) and review the Kids Club policies.

Children ages 6 weeks through 11 months: 1 hour per day

No sick children are allowed in Kids Club—if your child is too sick for school, they are too sick for Kids Club.
Due to possible food allergies and choking, NO FOOD is allowed (including candy & gum). Water bottles are permitted. Bottles must be labeled with child’s name.
Parents will be called to Kids Club if diaper is needed to be changed. Kids Club team members are not permitted to change diapers.
