A smoothie is the perfect way to start your day off. It's quick, easy and tastes delicious. Plus, you can eat it on the go. Do you eat a smoothie or drink it? Either way, it's a perfect fix for when you're on the run.

Since February is supposed to be all about love and heart health, why not combine the two together and make a special smoothie for your swolemate? Everyone loves it when someone does something nice for them, right? We're all so busy and consumed with work, friends, hobbies and activities. Trust us, going the little extra mile for the ones we love, goes a long way.

So while your SweatHeart is busy getting ready for the day and packing their gym bag, you can make this Valentine's Smoothie that's sure to fill both their stomachs and their heart.

Valentine's Strawberry Raspberry & Mango Protein Smoothie

makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  •  1 scoop Supplement RX Building Blocks protein - Vanilla
  • 2 oz frozen strawberries (slightly thawed)
  • 2 oz frozen raspberries (slightly thawed)
  • 2 oz frozen mangoes (or peaches if you prefer - slightly thawed)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of ice

Directions:

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth

 

 Mmmm delicious!

 

 

You can either put it in a cute glass (like our mason jar) or if they're on the run, fill up their SRX Shaker cup (with their supplemental vitamins in the bottom compartment of course!) and leave a sweet note for them.
