Our Shape Up series in Raleigh is back! O2 Fitness is excited to give Downtown Raleigh the opportunity to get moving with free outdoor group workouts in City Plaza Astroturf (next to Happy + Hale). Join O2 Fitness at the green space to take classes like BodyCombat, WERQ dancing, Yoga and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

October 11 – Pilates
October 16 – Midtown Yoga w/ Emily Wallace – bring your yoga mat
October 18 – 30 Minutes Tabata & 30 Minutes CXWORX
October 23 – Barre
October 25 – Body COMBAT
October 30 – Hip Hop Dance
All classes are 100% free and require no registration in advance. We do ask that you bring your own yoga mat with you for core work (it’s ok if you don’t have one, we will have a few on hand!)
Classes begin at 6pm sharp every Monday/Wednesday in October.

DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES:
Body COMBAT – Kickboxing cardio workout – total body exercise
Hop Hop Dance – Work on your dancing skillz while you burn hundreds of calories
Midtown Yoga – Yoga for everyone, perfect way to try yoga if you have never done it before
Zumba – Shake it till you make it, burn calories and have fun with your friends – your hips won’t lie
Pilates – Work your core with small movements that make a big impact
Barre – Tone your legs and booty during this ballet inspired workout
Tabata & CXWORX – High intensity intervals to shred through calories and challenge your plyometrics
