This fitness class focuses on core awareness, its proper application, and how to incorporate it into everything you do. You will achieve the burn at the belly of the muscle in which you are focusing through proper alignment, breathing, lengthening and strengthening techniques. A total body workout fusing the fun elements of dance (no experience necessary) the lengthening of Pilates and the flexibility of Yoga. You will use balls, resistance bands and small hand weights. This group class lifts your seat, tones your thighs, shreds your abs and burns fat in record breaking time! Barre Burn focuses on areas of the body all women yearn to tighten: abs, thighs, seat and arms. The BarreBurn techniques do not involve any bouncing or jumping so it’s a non-impact workout!
