2 Natural Remedies for Muscle Soreness/Pain

Natural remedies are wonderful, inexpensive, effective, and good on the environment… and best of all, they can help relieve muscle strains and soreness after those extra hard workouts!

Here are a two of my favorites:

For Muscle Strains:

Aromatherapy Mix:

  • 10 drops Eucalyptus
  • 10 drops Peppermint
  • 10 drops Rosemary

Mix 10 drops of above aromatherapy mix with 2 tbsp oil (I love jojoba oil) and massage into muscles after a warm bath or shower, and before bedtime

Put 8 drops of aromatherapy mix right into the bath.  Relax and soak.

For a General Muscle Rub:

  • 4 drops Lavender
  • 4 drops Peppermint
  • 5 drops Rosemary

Mix into 2 tbsp. oil, and massage feet and then up the legs (or whatever muscles needed).
