Use a Smaller Plate
Trick your brain by using a salad plate instead of a large dinner plate. You can still fill it up with your favorites, but you won’t be eating as much. Your brain will think you’re eating more, when you’ve actually munching on smaller portions!
Never Attend a Party Hungry
Similarly to the old rule, never go to the grocery store hungry, never go to a party when you’re starving. With the amount of snacks placed in front of you, you’ll be more likely to binge on fatty foods like dips or sweets.

Drink Lots of Water
Always drink at least eight cups of water a day. Water plays a huge role in making your body feel full. Not only that, but it does wonders in cleaning out your system of toxins and relieves annoying ailments like bloat and headaches.
Indulge in Moderation
The trick to keeping a balanced diet is allowing yourself a treat every so often. If you try and completely cut out sweets from your diet, it may end up in a binge and erase the progress you had made.
